We inform you that you can report any suspicion or certainty of misconduct through this channel. This channel allows anonymity and guarantees confidentiality throughout the whole process. The whistleblower is also bound by the duty of confidentiality, without prejudice to his or her obligation to report to the authorities any criminal act of which he or she becomes aware.
We remind you that according to the regulations governing the Whistleblowing Channel, reportable conduct is understood to be any action or omission that may constitute:
Infringements of European Union Law and Serious or very serious criminal or administrative infringements that imply a financial loss for the Public Treasury and Social Security.
In particular, we can highlight:
- Actions related to the discovery and disclosure of secrets (offences against privacy).
- Swindles and frauds.
- Punishable insolvency.
- Computer damage.
- Crimes against intellectual and industrial property, the market and consumers.
- Offences against the Public Treasury and Social Security.
- Illegal construction, building or urbanisation offences.
- Offences against the environment.
- Influence peddling.
- Offences against workers' rights.
Under no circumstances is the Resinas Olot Communication Channel intended for purposes other than those described above, such as:
- Customer Complaints and Claims
- Exercise of Privacy and Data Rights
- Issues related to Accounting and Invoicing
- Other conduct expressly excluded by Law 2/2023.
