Quality, environment and ecodesign policy

The RESOL S.L. group is made up of: RESINAS OLOT, S.L., a leading manufacturer in the design, manufacture and marketing of products for large-scale distribution, designer furniture, hospitality, office accessories and infrastructures through its brands, RESOL, GARBAR and INDECASA. PLASFUR, S.A. a manufacturer dedicated to the design and injection moulding of thermoplastics, assembly and finishing for third parties.

The management of RESOL (Resinas Olot S.L. and Plasfur S.A.), aware of the importance of satisfying the needs and expectations of our customers and all interested parties, has implemented and maintains an Integrated Management System (IMS) that encompasses the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management System (14.001:2015) and Ecodesign (ISO 14.006:2020) in the organisation through the following basic principles:

- To achieve full customer and stakeholder satisfaction through constant product innovation, to achieve the highest functionality, with a high level of design and quality, aligned with the nature, magnitude and significant environmental impacts of the products throughout their life cycle.

- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System performance of the ecodesign process by providing a framework for setting and reviewing objectives and targets related to the integrated management system as well as products throughout their life cycle.

- Empowering all employees and partners to achieve greater work efficiency by promoting a positive environment for development and participation.

- To satisfy the needs and requirements of the clients in a sustainable way, working with a rational use of resources and applying criteria for the application of actions aimed at the prevention of pollution.

- To comply with current legislation and other requirements applicable to processes, activities, facilities and products. In order to guarantee compliance with the points defined, the Management:

- Communicates and implements the Policy to all people working in the organisation.

- Establishes and provides the necessary resources to achieve the objectives set.

- Ensures commitment to it in order to be an example of excellence in service.
